Meet the Staff

Rhonda has been a professional organizer for over 20 years. Residential and corporate cleaning were added to the HMR family of services in 2001 and a fulltime occupation in the cleaning industry followed. As a journalism major at the University of Memphis, Rhonda has enjoyed freelancing as a a contributing writer for many magazines including Memphis Magazine , Humpty Dumpty , Modern Maturity , and Highlights for Children. Most recently she is a contributing writer for Blink Magazine. She has pursued many interests over the years, but the cleaning business has been her main focus and given her many insights as a mentor for the Global Cleaning Association and Cleanpeers. She is a much sought after speaker for women's groups and offers Learning to Manage seminars on many areas of personal and professional development. Rhonda is also a member of Small Biz Memphis, the Desoto Businesswomen's Association and Business Builders of Desoto County.

Dwight is retired from the insurance industry, having owned three agencies in the past, and has held other positions from limo driver to handyman. He is currently an over the road truck driver for J.B. Hunt. In his spare time, Dwight plays a 12-string Ovation guitar he has played since the 70's. He loves to write his own music and lyrics, and enjoys recording in his home studio. Dwight is married to Rhonda Pressgrove, CEO of HMR.

Samantha has been a part of HMR since 2001 when she helped start the business with her mother, Rhonda Pressgrove. She is currently the Operations Manager for HMR and also conducts the Shop$mart Workshops. Samantha is a professional square dance caller and resides in Southaven with her husband, Tracy and their daughter, Lorelai and is expecting twins in May 2012!

As Route Manager for Help Me Rhonda! , Dugan keeps things running smoothly throughout the day performing quality checks and being available to all techs while they are out in the field. He has lived in Desoto County all his life and enjoys playing with his kids, watching and playing football and attending Missippi Riverkings' hockey games.

Rachel lives in Cordova, TN and enjoys a very active lifestyle. She loves to bake, exercise and travel. When not on the job at HMR, Rachel is a flight attendant. Her organization skills and attention to detail make her a great part of our team!

Tiffany lives in Memphis with her 3 boys. She enjoys singing, walking, shopping and hair styling. Her great attitude and dependability make her a favorite among our customers and techs alike and she enjoys making a change in people's lives. Tiffany's favorite quote is , " I have a dream !"

Eunice strives to make a difference and her favorite quote is , " Treat others how you want to be treated." In her time away from HMR she enjoys hair styling and shopping.
