Meet the Staff

Anna joined the HMR team in 2010, hailing from Russia where she lives with her parents and five siblings. She is a member of the worship team at her home church and enjoys reading, playing the piano and spending time with her friends. Anna believes that, "Real success comes in small portions every day. Nothing is impossible for a willing heart."

Christina loves helping others and believes, " Life is too short to miss out on the little things!" Her family of seven keeps her busy, but she enjoys her role as a pageant mom. Christina has lived in Desoto county all her life and is involved with her church and Sons of Confederate Veterans.

Dwight is the President of SirHandyman, a division of Help Me Rhonda! Cleaning Services. He is retired from the insurance industry, having owned three agencies in the past, and held other positions from limo driver to most recently an over the road truck driver for TCI Logistics. In his spare time, Dwight plays a 12-string Ovation guitar he has played since the 70's. He loves to write his own music and lyrics, and enjoys recording in his home studio. Dwight is married to Rhonda Pressgrove, President of HMR.

Elena also came to HMR from her Russian home in 2010. She lives with her parents, brother and sister and enjoys swimming, movies and music. Elena has made a great addition to our staff of cleaning technicians and strives to make our customers happy.

Jennifer has been with HMR for several years, serving as a cleaning technician for our daytime residential customers and servicing many corporate accounts. She was moved into the position of Route Manager in 2010 and keeps everything running smoothly. Jennifer enjoys anything to do with water and spending time with her husband, their three children and three dogs. She is very loyal to the company and believes everyone should be the best they can be.

Joyce has lived in Desoto county nearly all her life and currently resides in Horn Lake. She is the Supply Manager for HMR and takes pleasure in helping others. Joyce holds to the philosophy of, "Treat all as you would like to be treated," and this shows in her dedication to the task at hand and her willingness to work with others for the greater good. In her free time, Joyce enjoys fishing and watching reality television and monster movies.

Leah is very artistic and enjoys music, writing and traveling. She feels her special contribution to HMR is being a creative thinker with a natural affinity for aesthetic appeal. Leah lives in Shelby county with her parents , two dogs, a cat and a gecko.

Natalie brings a very positive attitude to the HMR team and is a favorite with our customers and her fellow cleaning techs. She loves spending time with her husband and their three children and believes that, "Those who know Christ have nothing to fear." 

Rhonda has been a professional organizer for over 20 years. Residential and corporate cleaning were added to the HMR family of services in 2001 and a fulltime occupation in the cleaning industry followed. As a journalism major at the University of Memphis, Rhonda has enjoyed freelancing as a a contributing writer for many magazines including Memphis Magazine , Humpty Dumpty , Modern Maturity , and Highlights for Children. Most recently she is a contributing writer for Blink Magazine. She has pursued many interests over the years, but the cleaning business has been her main focus and given her many insights as a mentor for the Global Cleaning Association and Cleanpeers. She is a much sought after speaker for women's groups and offers Learning to Manage seminars on many areas of personal and professional development. Rhonda is also a member of Small Biz Memphis, the Desoto Businesswomen's Association and Business Builders of Desoto County.                                                                                                                                   

Samantha has been a part of HMR since 2001 when she helped start the business with her mother, Rhonda Pressgrove. She later held the position of Operations Manager until the birth of her daughter in 2008. Samantha is currently the Marketing Manager for HMR and also conducts the Shop$mart Workshops. She is a professional square dance caller and resides in Southaven with her husband, Tracy and their daughter, Lorelai.

Shelby is the Office Assistant for HMR and her positive attitude affects our customers and staff alike. She is willing to help in any way possible and is a great problem solver. When she's not working, Shelby enjoys babysitting her nieces and nephews and unwinding at home with her husband.

Suzanne began her HMR career as a cleaning technician and now serves as Operations Manager for the company. She is well loved by the HMR staff and customers alike because of her great attitude and her willingness to lend a helping hand whenever needed. Suzanne has been a resident of Desoto county for sixteen years along with her husband, Bill and their three sons. When not "on the job", Suzanne enjoys reading, gardening and various home improvement projects.
