1. I live within 20 miles of where I was born, and always have. The rest of the world is not ready for me to live with them.
2. I was married for almost 22 years the first marriage, and we are still friends.
3. I met Dwight on Match.com ( I know...SOOOO not like me)
4. I was voted "Wittiest" my senior year at SBEC.
5. I am a mentor for one of the largest international cleaning industry associations.
6. I travelled as a gospel singer for about 5 years.
7. I had a catering business...one of 7 small businesses I have owned.
8. My first job at age 15 was for Radefeld's Bakery in the Whitehaven Plaza/Memphis Tn.
9. I was a journalism major in college at what was known as Memphis State in the day.
10. I am a square, round and line dancer and I am the mother of a square dance caller that has called dances nationally.
11. Although I enjoy what I do, if I could, I would close down my business immediately and go back to being a stay-at-home wife in a heartbeat...I loved it, all of it.
12. I homeschooled my only child for 10 years.
13. I have met several gospel greats that were in my grandparents' home...James Blackwood, Squire Parsons, London Paris, etc.
14. I play the piano.
14. I dream in color...all the time.
15. I have written ( in the past) for Memphis Magazine, Highlights for Children, Modern Maturity, and other publications....yeah, for money. LOL
16. I was born with crooked pinkies, but have never had a broken bone.
17. I had never held a true FULL TIME  job (outside of piddling with junk from home) till the year 2000.
18. I worked at Lifeway Christian Store (see #17 ) as an Administrative Associate for one year and did all ordering for the store, ran an 8 line phone system, customer service window, ran all reports for sales, reconciled the books, etc.
19. As a single -again mom, I quit a full time job (see #18) with $1000 in the bank and started a cleaning business with my daughter in 2002.
20. My husband and I have a small recording studio in our home.
21. I was a natural auburn-headed female...till God got hold of my hair. :)
22. I did some light stand up comedy in the past at a few places...here and there...more here, than there.
23. I am saving up for a beach home.
24. I am a good shot...used to shoot the mistletoe out of my parents' trees at Christmas time.
25. I am working on a book, with the idea for a second one in my head.
